8 Week Happiness Workshop
The Holistic Happiness Workshop is the only happiness program that takes a complete mind-body science based approach to happiness.
This comprehensive program combines exercise, nutrition, recipes, food hacks, guided meditation, self hypnosis with exercises adapted from Berkeley's acclaimed Science of Happiness course.
This unique and life changing online course is designed to increase your baseline happiness in only 8 weeks.
Our approach uses cognitive behavioural therapy exercises adapted from the Science of Happiness & the study of Positive Psychology..
Video workouts that will get the blood flowing and help you release stress and fill your body with feel-good chemicals.
Food hacks recipes, cooking demos and nutritional advice all designed to help boost your mood.
Self Hypnosis and or Guided Imagery help reinforce the suggestions in order to create lasting change.
Each week you will receive:
One cognitive behavioural exercise or happiness practice & a workbook. We will work on a different theme each week with exercises adapted from Berkeley's Science of Happiness program.
Some exercises will take 15 minutes to an hour once per week, some may be completed in small increments throughout the 8 weeks.
One workout video that will induce the body to produce serotonin, norepinephrine, BDNF and dopamine, the reward chemical.
One instructional video dealing with nutrition designed to complement the week's theme.
One self hypnosis or guided meditation recording. These will help "cement" the work we are doing together and help bring about lasting change.
Recipes for "Happy Meals" meals that use ingredients that will boost your mood
